Cancellation Policy

Compliance The client and their guests must comply with all venue rules and local ordinances (and animal care, if applicable.) Noise Restrictions The client agrees to adheree to local noise ordinances. The venue reserves the right to intervene if noise levels are deemed disruptive. Smoking Smoking is prohibited at the farm and in the venue. Decor Restrictions The following are not permitted at the farm or in the venue: glitter, confetti, nails, staples or open flames. Alcohol Policy The client may provide limited alcohol to guests. However, the sale of alcohol on the property is strictly prohibited. Farm Property As an active farm, any unauthorized activity with animals or flowers are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the event and additional liability for any damages of incidents. CANCELLATION In the event that the client wishes to cancel the services outlines in this agreement, written notice must be provided to the service provider, at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. If the cancellation notice is received within the stipulated notice period, the client will be entitled to a refund of any payments made minus a cancellation fee of $50. If the cancellation notice is received on or after the 14-day notice period, the client will receive a refund, minus 50% of the original booking fee ($150) that is nonrefundable. This amount is retained by the Venue as compensation for preparation expenses and lost opportunities associated with the booking. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email or in person and will only be considered valid once acknowledged and confirmed by the venue. Clients are encouraged to notify the venue of cancellations as early as possible. Failure to provide any cancellation notice (i.e. no-show) will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid and may affect the client's eligibility to book future events at Bramble Run Event Barn. Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by case-basis in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, personal emergencies, alien invasions or the zombie apocalypse.
